My journey with Felicitas von Neumann Cosel began in a deeply foundational way: as a working student at her farm. This experience provided an unmatched, granular understanding of the client’s brand, training philosophy, and target audience—a perspective traditional consultants rarely achieve.
In December 2023, I transitioned into a consultant for her digital presence, overseeing video editing, marketing strategy, website design, and targeted advertising. This move allowed me to blend my lifelong passion for the equine industry with sophisticated, results-driven digital strategy.
My role has evolved from a general consultancy to a comprehensive partnership, focusing on building and executing a full-funnel digital strategy:

Integrated Marketing Strategy: Developed and executed end-to-end social media, email marketing, and content strategies.

Content Production: Created, wrote, and managed content assets, including blogs and weekly newsletters, driving audience engagement and retention.

Educational Course Development: Enhanced product quality and audience value by structuring, editing, and producing educational video courses using Adobe Premiere Pro and Express.
